Dr. Cassandra Kelley
Dr. Cassandra Kelley graduated from Tufts University Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine. After graduating, Dr. Kelley practiced at a busy companion animal practice on the South Coast.
In 2004, she moved back to her hometown and began her career in feline exclusive veterinary medicine. She purchased the Cat Clinic of Plymouth when Dr. Averill retired in 2008. Dr. Kelley is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the American Association of Feline Practitioners.
Dr. Kelley is passionate about providing tailored medicine and advice to cats and their owners. She believes that cats deserve first class medicine and that their pet parents deserve the best information to help their fur baby have a long, interesting and quality of life through good nutrition, environment stimulation and making the most of the human-animal bond. She lives with her cats, Lola ‘The Beast” Kelley and Tiny Charlie the hypothyroid kitten, as well as her small dog Luna. Dr. Kelley is an avid traveler, beach goer and enjoys all things ocean.
Dr. Jessamyn Kennedy
Dr. Jessamyn Kennedy graduated from Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine in 2008, and went on to complete an equine internship with Ohio State University. She has had many adventures in veterinary medicine practicing with horses, farm animals, dogs and cats- even exotics, like lizards, snakes and birds!
Dr. Kennedy is very passionate about wellness care, particularly in looking at food as medicine- the way we affect our pet’s body chemistry every single day. She is especially interested in GI diseases and feline medicine. Even before veterinary school, Dr. Kennedy believed in the wonderful cooperation of both “conventional” and “alternative” medicine in order to have a full tool bag, creating may options for the best treatment of every pet. She is a long time practitioner of Trigger Point Myotherapy, and a proponent of multi-modal pain control.
Dr. Kennedy lives with her cats, Pan, Annie, and Grumbalina. In her spare time, she spends a lot of time in the woods and on the water. She is an avid trail runner, wild crafter (using fruits and herbs found in nature), and loves to knit, crochet and sew.
